U.S. SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATION
We ship to U.S. customers from either our local warehouse or our distribution center in China, depending on stock availability. The Order handling time is within two (2) business days (Monday to Friday) and will be shipped within that time frame. A tracking email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Seperate tracking numbers will be provided for split shipments.

Following recent tariff reductions between the U.S. and China, international deliveries are now smoother, faster, and subject to significantly lower import duties. This means a better and more affordable shopping experience for you.
SHIPPING HUBS & HANDLING
All orders will be processed and shipped directly either from our distribution center in China, or warehouse in the US/ Germany/ UK subject to stock availability. If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, you will receive separate tracking numbers. Delivery times may vary between shipments.
Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order.
The Order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 9 AM China Time may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
**Important note: We handle shipping fees on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the total weight, remote address and the requirements of the logistics company. If the normal postal shipping fee is significantly high, we may ask you to contribute an additional amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Free postage policy does not include commercial courier service like DHL/ FedEX/ UPS etc. If there is a need, the cost shall be borne by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind right after your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Please refer to our returns & refunds policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@gerberacoffee.com
VAT & DUTIES
Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from China. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. GERBERACOFFEE will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems. We are not responsible for taxes or delays due to customs.
Please be aware that any orders denied by the receiver during the import process due to non-payment of import duties, taxes, and/or fees will be considered abandoned with customs. Unfortunately, these orders will not qualify for returns or refunds. Please refer to our refund policy.
